钙调神经磷酸酶B样相互作用蛋白激酶(CIPK)蛋白家族是由Ca2+介导的植物信号通路中的关键蛋白家族,在植物抗逆和生长发育中发挥着关键作用.本文利用生物信息学方法和转录组数据分析法,进行了大麦CIPK基因家族鉴定及表达分析.结果表明,从大麦基因组数据库中鉴定出 31 个大麦CIPK基因家族成员,命名为HvCIPK1~HvCIPK31,这些成员分为 5 个亚族.HvCIPKs基因家族成员具有CIPKs典型的N端激酶结构域和C端NAF调节结构域;蛋白质分子量为 40 302.27~89 926.43 kD,为亲水性蛋白;启动子总共包含 11 种与非生物胁迫、激素调控以及生长发育相关的顺式作用元件;HvCIPKs与Na+和K+转运体、ABA信号通路关键蛋白(SOS1、AKT1 和ABL2)存在相互作用关系;HvCIPK1、HvCIPK2、HvCIPK6、HvCIPK9、HvCIPK11 与响应盐碱胁迫相关.该研究可为进一步探索大麦HvCIPKs基因家族功能及调控机制提供理论依据.
The calmodulin B like interacting protein kinase(CIPK)protein family is a key protein family in the plant signaling pathway mediated by Ca2+,playing a crucial role in plant stress resistance and growth and development.This paper used bioinformatics methods and transcriptome data analysis to identify and analyze the expression of barley CIPK gene family.The results showed that 31 members of the barley CIPK gene family were identified from the barley genome database,named HvCIPK1-HvCIPK31,and these members were divided into 5 subfamilies.HvCIPKs gene family members had typical N-terminal kinase domain and C-terminal NAF regulatory domain of CIPKs;the molecular weight of the protein ranged from 4 030.27 to 89 926.43 kD,which was hydrophilic;the promoter contained a total of 11 cis acting elements related to abiotic stress,hormone regulation,and growth and development;HvCIPKs interacted with Na+ and K+ transporters,and key proteins in the ABA signaling pathway(SOS1,AKT1 and ABL2);HvCIPK1,HvCIPK2,HvCIPK6,HvCIPK9,HvCIPK11 were associated with response to salt alkali stress.This study can provide theoretical basis for further exploring the functions and regulatory mechanisms of the HvCIPKs gene family in barley.
