为研究工业过程中高闪点液体喷雾泄漏造成火灾爆炸事故的危险性,通过介绍高闪点类液体喷雾的产生机理、火焰在不同粒径喷雾系统、雾滴系统以及气溶胶系统中传播、爆炸影响参数、喷雾点火源以及可能引发后果更加严重的两相爆炸等多个方面,对喷雾的爆炸特性进行深入、系统的研究.研究结果表明:对于不同的液体,需根据实际工业过程中可能发生泄漏的条件进行可燃性风险评估,避免高闪点液体喷雾泄漏发生火灾爆炸等造成严重后果.研究结果可为后续高闪点类液体危险性分析的研究提供借鉴与参考.
In order to study the risk of fire and explosion accidents caused by the spray leakage of high flash point liquid in industrial process,the explosion characteristics of spray were studied in depth and systematically through introducing the gen-eration mechanism of high flash point liquid spray,the influence factors of flame propagation and combustion process in the spray system and droplet system with different particle sizes and the aerosol system,the ignition source of spray,and the two-phase explosion which may cause more serious consequence.The results show that for different liquids,the flammability risk assessment should be carried out according to the conditions under which the leakage may occur in the actual industrial process,so as to avoid serious consequence such as fire and explosion of high flash point liquid spray leakage.The research results can used asreference for the subsequent study on the risk analysis of high flash point liquids.
