为提高超薄锦纶织物的防晒性能,研究了锦纶长丝中TiO2含量、荧光增白剂用量、抗紫外整理剂及轧光整理对抗紫外效果的影响.结果表明:添加1.5%TiO2的全消光锦纶织物的UPF值可达13;使用3.5%荧光增白剂能进一步提高UPF值至32;无机紫外线屏蔽剂UV-A和有机紫外线吸收剂UV-B均能提高抗紫外效果,当二者以2∶4复配比、总质量分数为6%时,整理织物的抗紫外性能最佳,UPF值可达到80;轧光可显著提高锦纶织物的抗紫外效果.采用荧光增白剂、紫外线吸收剂和轧光组合整理的20D超薄锦纶织物,可获得优异的抗紫外效果,洗后UPF值达到300.
To improve the anti-ultraviolet performance of ultra-thin nylon fabrics,the effects of TiO2 content,flu-orescent whitening agent concentration,anti-ultraviolet finishing and calender finishing on anti-ultraviolet prop-erty of the nylon fabric are studied.The results show that the UPF value of full extinction nylon fabric with 1.5%TiO2 can reach 13.The UPF value is further increased to 32 by using 3.5%fluorescent whitening agent.Both the inorganic UV shielding agent UV-A and the organic UV absorber UV-B can improve the UV resistance.When the ratio of the two is 2∶4 and the total mass fraction is 6%,the UV resistance of the finished fabric is the best,and the UPF value can reach 80.The anti-ultraviolet effect of nylon fabric can be significantly improved by calendar finishing.The combination of fluorescent whitening agent,ultraviolet absorbers and calender finishing of 20D ultra-thin nylon fabric can show excellent anti-ultraviolet effect,and its UPF value reaches 300 after washing.
