目的 探讨基于同伴互助的Peycon四步教学法对ICU护士肠内营养耐受性知信行的影响.方法 将海南医学院第一附属医院急诊ICU与ICU护士共 85 名作为研究对象,将急诊ICU护士 43 名作为观察组,ICU护士 42 名作为对照组.对照组采用理论学习与示范操作相结合的方式进行学习,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用基于同伴互助的Peycon四步教学法.对比干预前后护士肠内营养知信行变化情况.另分别于急诊ICU与ICU随机纳入肠内营养患者各 100 例,分析患者肠内营养不耐受发生率差异.结果 干预后,观察组护士肠内营养耐受性理论知识得分、态度信念得分、行为能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组护士的肠内营养知识掌握合格率高于对照组,教学方法满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者肠内营养不耐受发生率为 6.00%,显著低于对照组的 16.00%(P<0.05).结论 基于同伴互助的Peycon四步教学法可以提高ICU护士肠内营养知信行水平,降低患者肠内营养不耐受发生率.
Objective To explore the impact of the Peycon four step teaching method based on peer assistance on the knowledge,belief,and practice of enteral nutrition tolerance among ICU nurses.Methods A total of 85 emergency ICU and ICU nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College were selected as the study subjects,43 emergency ICU nurses were selected as the observation group,and 42 ICU nurses were selected as the control group.The control group used a combination of theoretical learning and demonstration operations for learning,while the observation group combined the Peycon four step teaching method based on peer assistance on the basis of the control group.Compare the changes in knowledge,belief,and practice of enteral nutrition among nurses before and after intervention.In addition,100 patients with enteral nutrition were randomly included in the emergency ICU and 100 patients in the ICU,and the differences in the incidence of enteral nutrition intolerance were analyzed.Results After intervention,the observation group nurses had higher scores in theoretical knowledge,attitude and belief,and behavioral ability of enteral nutrition tolerance than the control group nurses(P<0.05);after intervention,the qualified rate of nurses in the observation group in mastering enteral nutrition knowledge was higher than that in the control group,and the satisfaction score of teaching methods was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of enteral nutrition intolerance in the observation group after intervention was 6.00%,significantly lower than the 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Peycon four step teaching method based on peer assistance can improve the knowledge,belief,and practice level of enteral nutrition in ICU nurses,and reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition intolerance in patients.
