基于 1+X证书制度的汽车类专业职业本科人才培养改革,可以强化职业教育类型属性,促进汽车产业转型升级,提升职业本科人才培养质量.目前汽车类专业职业本科人才培养还存在产教融合的校企合作生态未形成、职业本科人才培养目标与岗位有偏差、"中-高-本"课程体系衔接性不足等问题.以1+X证书制度为基础,分析人才培养的关键要素,构建跨区域汽车行业产教融合共同体,打造"四阶四维"的双师型教师教学团队,开发"书证融通、能力递进"课程体系和配套资源,建立"多维度、立体化"闭环的人才培养质量评价体系,探索汽车类专业职业本科人才培养改革路径.
Based on the 1 + X certificate system,the reform of vocational undergraduate talents training for automobile majors can strengthen the attributes of vocational education types,promote the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry,and improve the quality of vocational undergraduate talents training.At present,there are still some problems in the cultivation of vocational undergraduate talents in automobile majors,such as the lack of school-enterprise cooperation ecology of industry-education integration,the deviation between the training objectives and posts of vocational undergraduate talents,and the lack of cohesion in the'middle-high-undergraduate'curriculum system.Based on the 1 + X certificate system,this paper analyzes the key elements of talent training,constructs a cross-regional integration community of industry and education in the automobile industry,builds a"four-stage and four-dimensional"double-qualified teacher teaching team,develops a"document-certificate integration,ability progression"curriculum system and supporting resources,establishes a"multi-dimensional and three-dimensional"closed-loop talent training quality evaluation system,and explores the reform path of vocational undergraduate talent training for automobile majors.
