溴虫氟苯双酰胺是一种新型双酰胺类杀虫剂,其化学结构和作用机制有别于氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟苯虫酰胺等鱼尼丁受体杀虫剂.本文测定了 5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂对家蚕3龄起蚕的24 h LC50为0.208 5 mg/L,属于剧毒级;5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂2 000倍(25 mg/L)药液喷洒桑叶,对3龄起蚕的残毒期超过90 d;5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂稀释药液喷洒桑叶或盆栽桑土壤根灌处理后,未见内吸传导产生的生物毒性;溴虫氟苯双酰胺对家蚕的中毒症状,既有过程性狂躁爬动、翻滚扭曲等反应,也有与氯虫苯甲酰胺等双酰胺类杀虫剂相似的静伏、假死,以及蚕体极度缩短的典型症状.由于溴虫氟苯双酰胺对家蚕剧毒,残毒期超长,建议蚕桑地区慎用溴虫氟苯双酰胺,避免药液飘移污染桑叶而造成养蚕中毒损失.
Broflanilide is a new type of insecticide,and its chemical structure and mechanism of action are different from those of chlorobenzamide,fluorobenzamide and other fish nitin receptor insecticides.In this paper,the LC50 of the suspension of Broflanilide 5%SC was 0.208 5 mg/L for 24 h from the third age of silkworms,which was classified as highly toxic.After 2 000 times(25 mg/L)of Broflanilide 5%SC was sprayed on mulberry leaves,the residual toxic period of silkworm from the third age was more than 90 days.After spraying mulberry leaves or soil roots of potted mulberry with Broflanilide 5%SC dilution solution,no biological toxicity was observed.The poisoning symptoms of Bombyx mori were not only the process of frantic crawling,tumbling and twisting,but also the typical symptoms of static stagnation,suspended animation and extreme shortening of the silkworm body,which were similar to chlorobenzamide and other biamide insecticides.Because bromoworm fluobenzamide is highly toxic to silkworms and has a very long residual toxicity period,it is recommended to use bromoworm fluobenzamide cautiously in sericulture,area so as to avoid the poisoning loss caused by the liquid drifting and contaminating mulberry leaves.
