考虑大规模分布式光伏接入对配电网的影响,从电能质量、电网管理水平、经济性3个方面构建了配电网分布式光伏接纳能力的一级评价指标,进而构建了电压合格率、分布式光伏源荷匹配度、弃光率、电力平衡和电量平衡等9个二级指标,并提出了矩阵-层次分析法,通过矩阵-层次分析法与优劣解距离法组合来评估配电网分布式光伏接纳能力.该方法首先使用层次分析法中的算术平均法、几何平均法和根值法,对二级指标进行组合权重计算.然后通过新提出的矩阵-层次分析法求得一级指标权重,并使用优劣解距离法模型对数据进行正向化处理,得出综合分数.该方法改善了现有综合赋权方法主客观赋权太主观或者太客观的问题,既能客观评价指标又能考虑专家意见.最后,通过对实际配电网案例的评估,证明该方法可以有效地评估配电网的分布式光伏接纳能力,可为促进光伏的大规模应用提供理论基础和实践指导.
Considering the impact of large-scale distributed photovoltaic integration into distribution network,the first-level evaluation index of distributed photovoltaic hosting capacity of distribution network is constructed from three aspects:power quality,grid management level and economy,and then the second-level indicators such as voltage qualitification rate,distributed photovoltaic source-load matching,curtailment rate,power balance are constructed,and a novel matrix-analytic hierarchy method is proposed to evaluate the distributed photovoltaic hosting capacity of distribution network by combining the matrix-analytic hierarchy method and the superior and inferior solution distance method.Firstly,the arithmetic mean,geometric average and root value methods of the matrix-analytic hierarchy method are used to calculate the combined weights of the secondary indicators,and then the weights of the primary indicators are obtained by the matrix-analytic hierarchy method,and the data are forward-oriented by using the superior and inferior solution distance method model to obtain the comprehensive score.This method improves the problem that the subjective and objective empowerment of the existing comprehensive empowerment method is too subjective or too objective,which can not only objectively evaluate the indicators but also take into account the opinions of experts.Finally,through the evaluation of actual distribution network cases,it proves that this method can effectively evaluate the distributed photovoltaic hosting capacity of distribution network,and can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting large-scale application of photovoltaics.
