测定了不同操作条件下陶瓷膜过滤绿茶提取液的渗透通量数据,确定了操作条件对绿茶提取液过滤过程的影响。结果表明,采用0.05μm的陶瓷膜可显著地提高绿茶提取液的澄清度,操作条件对主要理化指标无显著影响,为提高膜通量应选择较高的压力和较高的温度;膜的使用过程中通量的衰减是必然的,采用多种清洗剂交替清洗可使膜通量得到很好的恢复。
The permeation ability of green tea extract through a ceramicmicro-filter was tested under different operation condition. The effect of operating parameters,such as filtration pressure and filtration temperature,on membrane flux was studied. Results showed that the clarification of green tea extract was increased markedly after filtrated with 0.05 μm ceramic membrane. There are no significant effects on physical and chemical index by operation condition;so,the higher pressure and temperature should be adopted for filtration of green tea extract. The attenuation of membrane flux is inevitable. Some chemical agents can restore the flux of membrane satisfactorily.
