为了解决玉米亚高速播种机作业速度为 8~12km/h 条件下,指夹排种器导种管选型问题,以 14°和 16°两种角度的导种管为研究对象,通过自制试验台架并利用高速摄像技术对玉米种子在不同导种管中的运动过程进行追踪拍摄,描述了指夹排种器分别在作业速度 8~12km/h、倾斜角度 0°~30°、离地高度 2~4cm 3 种因素下,种子落入不同导种管的位移轨迹,结果表明:种子在 16°导种管比在 14°导种管中弹跳剧烈.
In order to solve the problem of finger clamp seed tube selection under the condition of 8-12km/h operation speed of maize sub-high-speed seeder,this paper takes the seed tube at two angles of 14° and 16° as the research ob-ject,tracks the movement process of corn seeds in different catheter tubes through self-made test bench and uses high-speed camera technology,and describes the finger clamp seeder at an operating speed of 8-12km/h,an inclination angle of 0-30°,and a ground height of 2-4cm,respectively,under these three factors.The seeds fell into the displacement trajectories of different catheters,and the results showed that the seeds bounced violently in the 16° seed tube than in the 14° seed tube.
