考虑不同切削条件(包括转速、切削深度及进给量)对球头铣刀加工表面残余应力影响的情况下,系统研究了抗氢脆不锈钢球头铣刀切削后的构件表面残余应力.结果显示:球头铣刀加工后的构件表面残余应力呈现压应力状态;亚表层残余应力随着亚表层厚度的增加而减小,最后趋于稳定,稳定值可认为是材料的初始残余应力;转速、轴向切削深度与构件的表面残余应力幅值正相关;进给速度与球头铣刀加工后的构件表面残余应力幅值负相关.研究结果可为球头铣刀加工表面残余应力的理论建模、抗氢脆不锈钢的切削参数优化以及实现抗氢脆不锈钢构件的高性能制造提供参考.
In this paper,the residual stress of the workpiece surface after ball end milling process of anti-hydrogen steel(HR-2)is systematically studied.The effects of different cutting conditions(including speed,depth of cut and feed rate)on the residual stress display a compressive residual stress on the workpiece surface after ball end milling process are considered.The results show as follow:the residual stress on the machined surface after ball end milling process presents a state of compressive value,the amplitude of residual stress of the subsurface decreases with the increasing of the distance from the machinind surface,and finally tends to be a stable value,the stable value can be considered as the initial residual stress of the material,the rotational speed and axial depth of cut are positively correlated with the amplitude of residual stress on the surface,the feed rate is negatively correlated with the amplitude of residual stress of the surface after ball end milling process.The results of the present paper can provide some guidance for theoretical modeling of the machining in-duced residual stress of the workpiece surface after ball milling peocess,as well as the optimizing the cutting parameters of HR-2.
