本文用改良的乙醛酸荧光组化及乙酰胆碱酯酶染色方法观察了15例先天性巨结肠患儿手术切除的肠段.粘膜中的荧光神经纤维的数量及分布方式在"正常"段及狭窄段间无明显的差异,而在粘膜下层及肌层,交感神经荧光强度及分布方式则有明显差异.在狭窄段中缺乏荧光纤维末梢形成的篮样丛结构及胆碱酯酶阳性的粘膜下、肠肌神经丛及其内的神经节细胞.
Surgical specimens obtained from 15 children with congenital megacolon were studied histochemically by means of an improved fluorescence and AChE staining technic.The number and the pattern of the innervated fluorescent verve fibers in mucosa showed no statistical difference between the "normal" and the spastic segments of the colon,while in submucosa and muscular layers it showed significant difference between these two segments.In the spastic segment,total absence of the basket-like network formed by fluorescent nerve endings was evident in the submucosal and myenteric plexuses.As every body knows,the ganglionic cells in the plexuses stained with AChE technic were also absent in the spastic segment.The relationship of the noradrenergic and the cholinergic nerves in the colon is discussed.
