为了抑制煤流扬尘,以3种凝并性物质:淀粉接枝丙烯酸聚合物(简称聚合物)、聚阴离子纤维素(PAC)、羧甲基淀粉(CMS),3种润湿性物质:X-100、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为研究对象,采用复配的方法,对比研究了不同复配产物的凝并性、润湿性、渗透性等性能及抑尘效果,得到了一组高效煤流抑尘剂配方:0.1%PAC+0.03%X-100。各项指标:粘度9.7 mPa·s、表面张力40.06 mN/m、渗透时间38 s,该煤流抑尘剂能有效地抑制煤流扬尘、减少空气污染、节约资源。
To suppress the coal flow dust, three coagulation agents (graft copolymer of starch with acrylic acid, PAC, CMS) and three wetting agents (X-100, SDS, SDBS) were studied. In this article, we got different products by mixing coagulation agents and wetting agents. An effective dust suppressant recipe containing 0.1%PAC and 0.03%X-100 was found by analyzing the property of coagulation, wettability, permeability and the actual value of dust-depressor. The indicators are as follows:the viscosity is 9.7 mPaos, the surface tension is 40.06 mN/m and the penetration time 38s. The coal flow dust suppressant can effectively suppress coal dust, reduce air pollution and save resources.
