针对火电厂燃烧过程带来的重金属铅的严重污染问题,对火电厂燃煤的变迁过程及重金属铅的物料循环进行了分析。对典型火电厂燃煤、灰渣、排放废水等3个方面的样品进行了取样,通过感应耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱分析仪(ICP-AES)测试了各样品的铅含量,并对火电厂燃煤、灰渣、废水之间的铅浓度变化情况进行了对比分析。最后,文章估算我国目前每年从火电生产企业排放的铅总质量为97.2~168.2 t之间。同时,对火电厂烟囱排气的铅质量浓度控制范围建议为25~70μg/m3之间,最理想控制限范围为25~30μg/m3。
Transfer cycle of lead and coal in coal-fired power plants has been studied specially in this article due to more and more attention of lead pollution. Samples of coal, ash and waster water have been taken for lead analysis by ICP-AES method;. The concentration comparison and characteristic of lead have also been analyzed and modeled. The estimated concentration of total lead from fossil power plants is about 97.2~168.2 tons per year in China at present. The proposed lead concentration in flue gas from chimney is 25~70μg/m3, and the proposed optimum lead discharge is 25~30μg/m3.
