提出一种山地运管机转台结构有限元分析方法,创建包括转台、回转平台、车架的装配体实体模型,应用ANSYS Workbench划分实体单元,施加相关联部件间约束,采用分步载荷施加工程力,使计算结果更可靠,为山地运管机转台结构的设计提供一种计算思路,并且可以得到山地运管机转台应力、变形状态,为山地运管机结构件的设计提供参考.
A method for finite element analysis of the rotary table structure of the mountain pipe conveyor is proposed.The assembly solid models of the rotary table,slewing platform and frame are created,ANSYS Workbench is applied to divide the solid units,con-straints between the associated parts are imposed,and engineering forces are ap-plied by stepwise loads to get more reliable calculation results.It provides a calculation idea for the design of the rotary table struc-ture of the mountain pipe conveyor and can get the stress and deformation states of the rotary table,which provides a reference for the design of the structural components of the mountain pipe conveyor.
