数字化时代考察教师专业发展存在的伦理风险具有重要的现实意义.教师专业发展具有数字技术跨行业共融、数字资源跨地区共享、数字沟通跨时空互动、数字意识跨专业融合等时代表征,其蕴含着深刻的伦理自省、伦理互动、伦理坚守、伦理复归等多重伦理意蕴.教师专业发展存在自主意识消弭、具身劳动异化、自我空间遮蔽等微观层面自我关怀困境;中观层面存在个体边界坍塌、人际关系阻隔等他者关怀困境;外观层面遭遇教育泛化、数字扩张、数字更迭等问题;宏观层面面临多元价值的冲突与规制,数字转化的规约与限度等阻碍.针对教师专业发展在数字化时代面临的伦理风险,提出如下应对策略:教育愿景擘画,引领教师专业发展方向;数字技术运用,助力教师专业能力提升;数字价值澄清,唤醒教师专业伦理责任;数字算法监管,呼唤教师专业伦理复归.
It is of great practical significance to investigate the ethical risks of teachers'professional development in the digital age.Teacher professional development is characterized by cross-industry integration of digital technolo-gy,cross-regional sharing of digital resources,cross-time and space interaction of digital communication,and cross-professional integration of digital consciousness,which contains multiple ethical implications such as profound ethical introspection,ethical interaction,ethical adherence,and ethical return.The teachers'professional develop-ment has the predicament of self-concern at micro level,such as the elimination of autonomy consciousness,dis-similation of embodied labor,and the concealment of self-space.On the meso-level,there are other caring dilem-mas such as the collapse of individual boundary and interpersonal barrier.At the appearance level,problems such as education generalization,digital expansion and digital change are encountered.At the macro level,it faces ob-stacles such as conflicts and regulations of multiple values,regulations and limits of digital transformation.Aiming at the ethical risks faced by the professional development of teachers in the digital age,the paper proposes educa-tional vision planning to guide the professional development of teachers.The use of digital technology to help teachers improve their professional ability;The digital value clarifies and awakens the professional ethical responsi-bility of teachers;Digital algorithm supervision,calling for teachers'professional ethics and other coping strategies.
