网格变形技术是近年来大型能源装备(如燃气轮机)几何处理及数值优化设计等领域的研究热点,具有灵活性高、不需要重新划分网格等优点,因此受到国内外学者的重视.网格变形技术在基于数值仿真的能源装备研发中有着广泛应用.根据现有的研究进展,本文总结了当前网格变形技术的分类和各类变形技术的变形原理,并分析了不同变形方法的优缺点,展示了网格变形技术在燃气轮机等能源装备部件优化、叶片冷热态转换、模型修改等问题中的应用.最后,本文展望了网格变形技术在能源装备领域的未来研究方向和亟需攻关的关键难题.
In recent years,mesh deformation technology has become a research hotspot in the field of geometric processing and numerical optimization design of large-scale energy equipment(such as gas turbine),which has the advantages of high flexibility and no need to re-partition the grid,so it has been paid attention by scholars at home and abroad.Mesh deformation technology has been widely used in energy equipment based on numerical simulation.According to the existing research progress,the classification of mesh deformation technology and the deformation principles of various deformation techniques are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are analyzed.The application of mesh deformation technology in gas turbine and other energy equipment components optimization,blade cold and hot state conversion,model modification and so on are demonstrated.Finally,valuable research directions and key problems with mesh deformation in the energy equipment field for future research are discussed.
