该文基于人们对产品多功能化需求以及国家"双碳"政策,针对现今人们户外运动随身物品存放难,公共场所缺少安全遮阳避雨的设备以及充电设施少等难题,采用Creo软件设计一款基于土壤微热能供电的多功能长椅,并对多个结构进行仿真与实验验证,分析座椅椅面及储物柜门的受力分布和进行土壤微热能温差发电模块的实验测定.结果表明,该设计可实现储物充电,供座休息以及遮阳避雨等功能,具有结构紧凑、安全可靠、成本低等特点,具有广泛的社会利用前景和巨大的市场推广价值.
Based on people's demand for multi-functional products and the national double carbon policy,in view of the difficult storage of outdoor sports belongings,the lack of safe shading and rain shelter equipment in public places and the lack of charging facilities,this paper uses Creo software to design a multi-function bench based on soil micro-thermal energy power supply,and carries on the simulation and experimental verification of several structures.The force distribution of the seat surface and locker door is analyzed and the experimental measurement of the power generation module with slight thermal energy difference in soil is carried out.The results show that the design can realize the functions of storage charging,seat rest,sun and rain shelter,and has the characteristics of compact structure,safety and reliability,low cost,etc.,and has a wide social utilization prospect and huge market promotion value.
