随着新型电力系统建设的不断推进,储能在电网中得到大量应用,在此背景下对省级电网储能的发展规模进行综合评估具有重要意义.首先,从省级电网储能的经济性、可靠性、利用率、环保性4个维度出发,建立了多维储能评价指标体系;同时提出了AHP-改进CRITIC的权重确定方法,充分考虑了指标数据的对比强度、相关性和离散程度,将主客观权重结合确定各项指标的组合权重,避免了采用单一方法的极端性.其次,提出了储能双层优化评估模型,上层以省级电网的综合成本最小为目标函数,优化储能和新能源出力曲线;下层建立储能VIKOR多准则评价模型,计算不同储能配置方案下的指标体系并进行综合评估.最后,以某省级电网为例,对所提方法的有效性和可行性进行了验证.
With the continuous promotion of the construction of new power systems,energy storage has been widely applied in the power grid.In this context,it is of great significance to comprehensively evaluate the energy storage development scale in provincial power grids.Firstly,this paper establishes a multidimensional energy storage evaluation index system based on the four dimensions of economy,reliability,utilization rate,and environmental friendliness of provincial power grid energy storage;At the same time,an AHP improved CRITIC weight determination method is proposed,fully considering the comparative strength,correlation,and dispersion degree of indicator data.The combination weight of subjective and objective weights is combined to determine the combination weight of various indicators,avoiding the extreme use of a single method;Secondly,a double-layer optimization evaluation model of energy storage is proposed.The upper layer optimizes the energy storage and new energy output curves with the objective function of minimizing the comprehensive cost of the provincial power grid.The lower layer establishes a VIKOR multi criteria evaluation model for energy storage,calculates the indicator system under different energy storage configuration schemes,and conducts a comprehensive evaluation.Finally,taking a provincial power grid in China as an example,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified.
