目的:探索光动力金属有机框架PCN对粪肠球菌的体外杀灭效果.方法:通过扫描电子显微镜和全波长酶标仪等对PCN进行物象表征.通过细胞活力检测等方法验证PCN生物安全性.通过梯度稀释计数等方法验证PCN的体外抗菌性能.结果:PCN纳米粒子活性氧生成能力强,生物安全性好.体外实验表明 50 μg/mL的浓度即可彻底杀灭 108 CFU/mL量级的粪肠球菌,具有优异的体外抗菌性能.结论:本研究验证了光动力金属有机框架PCN对粪肠球菌的杀灭效果,为临床根管感染控制提供了一种新思路.
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of photodynamic metal-organic framework PCN in killing Enterococ-cus faecalis in vitro.Methods:PCN was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and full-wavelength enzymo-graph.The biosafety of PCN was verified by cell viability assay.The antibacterial properties of PCN in vitro were verified by gradient dilution counting.Results:PCN nanoparticles have strong ability of generating active oxygen and good biosafety.In vitro experiments showed that the concentration of 50 μg/mL could completely kill Enterococcus faecalis at the order of 108 CFU/mL,which had excellent antibacterial properties in vitro.Conclusion:This study verified the efficacy of photody-namic metal-organic framework PCN in killing Enterococcus faecalis,providing a new way for clinical root canal infection control.
