以聚醚多元醇PPG1000与MDI-50反应合成的端NCO基聚氨酯(PU)预聚体为复膜胶的主剂;以聚醚多元醇PPG400为反应介质,以总质量分数60%的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)及丙烯酸羟乙酯(2-HEA)为共聚单体,合成的低黏度共聚物作为固化剂.将主剂与固化剂按异氰酸酯指数1.4配制成聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复膜胶.考察了NCO含量、固化剂反应温度、丙烯酸酯配比等因素对复膜胶性能的影响.研究表明,主剂NCO基质量分数为16%,固化剂丙烯酸酯共聚物的理论玻璃化转变温度为-10 ℃、聚合温度为110 ℃且固化剂总羟值为160 mgKOH/g时,得到的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复膜胶用于聚丙烯复合薄膜表现出优异的粘接性能.
NCO-terminated polyurethane prepolymer as the main component was prepared by polyether polyol PPG1000 and MDI-50. Methyl methacrylate(MMA), butyl acrylate(BA)and hydroxyethyl acrylate(2-HEA) were copolymerized in polyether polyol PPG400,with the mass fraction of polyacrylate resin at 60%,it was used as the curing component. Two-component solvent-free polyurethane-acrylate adhesive for laminate films was prepared with the main component and the curing component by the isocyanate index 1.4. The effects of NCO content,acry-late ratio and reaction temperature in curing component preparation on the properties of the adhesive were investiga-ted. The results showed that,when the NCO content of main component was 16%,the theory Tgof acrylate copoly-mer was-10℃,the polymerization temperature of the curing component,the laminate adhesive had good adhesion to OPP/CPP films.
