为研究城市轨道交通与城市空间的关系,基于POI数据,应用节点-场所模型对深圳市240座地铁站土地利用与交通协调程度进行分析.在从节点指数、场所指数两个维度对地铁站进行描述的基础上,通过聚类分析进一步将地铁站进行了分类.通过节点-场所分析可以较准确地判断地铁站周边区域的未来发展潜力与需要改善的方向与程度,并且对地铁站的合理分类将有助于实现科学规划与管理.
In order to study the relationship between urban rail transit and urban space,the node-place model is applied to analyze the degree of coordination between land use and transport in 240 metro stations in Shenzhen,using point of interest(POI)data.The metro stations are classified by clustering analysis based on identifying them by node index and place index.The node-place analysis can accurately recognize the development potential of metro stations'surroundings and the direction and extent of improvement.Additionally,a reasonable classification of metro stations can contribute to scientific urban planning and management.
