非球面扩束镜在三维干涉仪中有重要应用.设计了一种非球面扩束镜,介绍了非球面扩束镜的设计原理,得到了扩束镜面的结构方程为短轴为3 mm、长轴为4.2 mm 的椭球面以及其镜面厚度,利用光学系统设计软件 ZEMAX 对非球面扩束镜进行了模拟仿真,得到了该扩束镜的三维结构图像.仿真模拟结果表明,该扩束镜能够对圆形光束进行整形,实现非对称扩束,在工作距离800 mm 处,可得到280 mm ×140 mm 椭圆形光斑.
Aspheric beam expanders have important applications in three - dimensional interferometer. A non- spherical beam expander is designed based on principle introduced in this paper . The structural equation of the surface of the aspheric expander,which is a kind of ellipsoid with the short axis length of 3mm and the long axis length of 4. 2mm,and thickness of the expander are calculated. The non spherical expander is simulated by using ZEMAX software that is a kind of optical system design software. Moreover the three - dimensional image of its structure is obtained. The Simulation results show that the aspheric expander can shape a beam to an elliptic beam. The elliptic spot is 280mm × 140mm in size at 800mm behind the aspheric beam expander.
