6061铝合金储氢气瓶在批量应用前的疲劳试验中发生失效断裂.本试验通过宏微观形貌观察,对该疲劳失效断口进行深入分析,并提出了具体的改进措施.结果表明,裂纹萌生于气瓶的自由表面或粗晶相位置,且加工过程中的压入物加速了试件的断裂过程.在旋压工序增加清洁生产措施,做好表面检查与防护措施,提高了 6061铝合金的使用寿命.
The hydrogen storage tank made of 6061 aluminum alloy fractured in a fatigue test conducted prior to batch application.The fatigue failure fracture was analyzed in depth by means of macro and micro morphology observation,and specific improvement measures were put forward.The results show that the crack initiates at the free surface or coarse grain location of the tank,and the indentation in the process accelerates the fracture process of the specimen.The service life of 6061 Al alloy can be improved by adding clean production measures in the spinning process and conducting surface inspection and protective measures carefully.
