目的 调查低年资护士道德勇气与道德敏感性现状并分析相关性,分析低年资护士道德敏感性的影响因素.方法 采用一般资料调查问卷、道德勇气量表、倾向性道德敏感性问卷对 2022 年 11-12 月长沙市某三甲医院 172 名低年资护士进行调查.结果 低年资护士道德勇气与道德敏感性得分分别为(80.22±14.49)分、(89.75±17.64)分,年龄、每月晚夜班数、道德勇气对低年资护士道德敏感性有影响(R2 = 0.217,F= 3.664,P<0.05).结论 低年资护士道德勇气与道德敏感性均处于中等水平,具备较强道德勇气的护士其自身道德敏感性较高.护理管理者可通过提升低年资护士道德勇气状况,从而增强其道德敏感性.
Objective To investigate the current situation of moral courage and moral sensitivity of junior nurses and analyze the correlation.Methods General data questionnaire,moral courage scale and tendentious moral sensitivity questionnaire were used to investigate 172 nurses with low seniority in grade A tertiary hospital in Changsha city from November to December 2022.Results The scores of moral courage and moral sensitivity of junior nurses were(80.22±14.49)points and(89.75±17.64)points,respectively,and age,number of late night shifts and moral courage affected the moral sensitivity of junior nurses(R2=0.217,F=3.664,P<0.05).Conclusion The moral courage and moral sensitivity of low-junior nurses are at the middle level,and the nurses with strong moral courage have high moral sensitivity.Nursing managers can enhance the moral sensitivity of junior nurses by improving their moral courage status.
