利用近红外光谱技术(NIR)建立抗癌药物甲苯磺酸索拉非尼片的一致性检验模型和水分含量模型,以便快速无损分析.以甲苯磺酸索拉非尼片为研究对象,利用光纤探头采集样品近红外光谱图,通过一致性指数(CI)值和CI限度比较法建立甲苯磺酸索拉非尼片一致性检验模型,结合最小偏二乘法(PLS)建立甲苯磺酸索拉非尼片水分含量模型.建立的一致性检验模型可快速指认甲苯磺酸索拉非尼片的活性成分,建立的水分定量模型相关系数(r2)为98.79%,交叉验证均方根差(RMSECV)为0.024 4.该方法简便快捷、绿色无损、准确高效,可用于国家集中采购甲苯磺酸索拉非尼片的无损筛查.
The consistency test model and water content model of the anticancer drug sorafenib tosylate tablets were established by using near infrared spectroscopy(NIR)for rapid and non-destructive analysis.Taking sorafenib tosylate tablets as the research object,near infrared spectrograms of samples were collected using optical fiber probes.A consistency test model for sorafenib tosylate tablets was established by comparing the consistency index(CI)value and CI limit;a water content quantitative model for sorafenib tosylate tablets was established by combining the partial least-square method(PLS).The established consistency test model can quickly identify the active components of sorafenib tosylate tablets.The correlation coefficient(r2)of the established moisture quantitative model was 98.79%,and the root mean square difference(RMSECV)of cross validation was 0.024 4.The method is simple,rapid,green and non-destructive,accurate and efficient.It can be used for non-destructive screening of sorafenib tosylate tablets purchased intensively by the state.
