通过设计醛酮树脂在乳液合成过程中的加入方式确定了醛酮树脂改性丙烯酸乳液的最佳工艺。考察了乳化剂体系对醛酮树脂改性丙烯酸乳液的聚合稳定性的影响,研究了醛酮树脂的添加量对乳液粒径及涂膜打磨性的影响,探明了水性多异氰酸酯固化剂的添加量对涂膜封闭性的影响规律。用该乳液配制的水性木器底漆具有初期硬度建立快、打磨时间短等特性,并且加入少量水性多异氰酸酯固化剂可制得封闭性优异的涂膜。
The synthesis of aldehyde ketone resin modified acrylic emulsion was confirmed by designing the filling ways of aldehyde ketone resins. The influences of emulsifying agents on aldehyde ketone resin modified acrylic emulsion were investigated. The dosage of aldehyde ketone resin on emulsion particle size and sanding property of coating iflm were studied. The effects of the dosage of waterborne polyisocyanate curing agents on the sealing property were researched. The waterborne wood primer based on this prepared emulsion has the property of fast hardness building at the initial period, and short sanding time. By adding little waterborne polyisocyanate curing agents, the iflm would have good sealing property.
