目的 探讨构思—设计—实现—运作(CDIO)模式用于危重症护理实践中对本科护生核心胜任力的影响.方法 选取2021年7-12月入科实习的25名护生纳为对照组,2022年同期入科实习的27名护生纳为观察组.对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用CDIO模式教学.出入科时由带教老师对两组护生进行胜任力测评,出科前两组均进行出科考核,并由护生进行实习教学质量评价.结果 出科时,观察组护生临床护理能力、支持和人际沟通及评判性临床思维能力维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护生对教学质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护生出科考核成绩及实践能力考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但理论考核成绩两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CDIO模式应用在危重症临床实践中,可有效提升本科护生的核心胜任力,提高教学质量,为危重症护理实践教学改革提供了新途径.
Objective To explore the impact of the concept-design-implement-operate(CDIO)model on the core competencies of undergraduate nursing students in critical nursing practice.Methods We selected 25 nursing students who entered the department for internship from July to December 2021 as the control group,and 27 nursing students who entered the department for internship during the same period in 2022 as the observation group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group used CDIO mode teaching.When entering and exiting the department,the teaching teacher will conduct a competency assessment on the two groups of nursing students.Before leaving the department,both groups will conduct an exit assessment,and the nursing students will evaluate the quality of practical teaching.Results At the time of discharge,the nursing students in the observation group had higher clinical nursing ability,support and interpersonal communication,and critical clinical thinking ability dimension scores than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intern nursing students in the observation group rated teaching quality higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's nursing students'exit examination scores and practical ability assessment scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference in theoretical assessment scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of CDIO model in critical illness clinical practice can effectively improve the core competencies of undergraduate nursing students,improve teaching quality,and provide a new way for the reform of critical illness nursing practice teaching.
