在广东省典型环境条件地区进行黄铜合金和铝合金自然大气暴露试验,试验时间为期一年,监测不同地区温湿度、二氧化硫、氮氧化物等环境因素.通过计算金属材料腐蚀速率,分析腐蚀产物成分,结合不同地区温湿度、污染物浓度数据,进一步分析黄铜合金、铝合金在不同环境条件下的腐蚀行为和材料腐蚀的主要影响因素.
Natural atmospheric exposure tests of brass alloys and aluminum alloys were carried out in typical environmental conditions in Guangdong Province.The test period was one year,and the environmental factors such as temperature and humidity,sulfur dioxide,and nitrogen oxides were monitored in different regions.By calculating the corrosion rate of metal materials,analyzing the composition of corrosion products,and combining data of temperature,humidity and pollutant concentration in different regions,the corrosion behaviors of brass alloys and aluminum alloys under different environmental conditions and the main influencing factors of material corrosion were further analyzed.
