目的 将趣味性扑克牌教学法用于某三级甲等医院内分泌科实习护生胰岛素理论知识培训的效果观察.方法 用便利抽样法将实习护生按入科时间前后分为对照组与试验组各 40名,对照组采用传统理论授课与操作演示培训胰岛素理论知识与注射技能,试验组在传统教学法基础上,于第 3周增加趣味性扑克牌教学环节,比较 2组胰岛素相关理论知识考核成绩.结果 培训后试验组胰岛素理论知识成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中胰岛素理论知识包含胰岛素分类知识、胰岛素注射技术与部位轮换、胰岛素使用注意事项 3 个模块试题平均分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 趣味性扑克牌教学法有助于提高实习护生胰岛素的理论知识,能调动实习护生的求知兴趣,让其在轻松的氛围中加强对知识点的理解和记忆,有助于提高实习护生的胰岛素分类识别能力,可供临床实习护生胰岛素知识培训方式的选择作为参考依据.
Objective To observe the effect of teaching with fun card on insulin knowledge training for nursing students in department of endocrinology of a tertiary grade-A hospital.Methods Nursing interns were divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40)according to the time of admission to the department.Traditional lectures and operation demonstrations were used for insulin knowledge training in the control group.On the basis of the teaching methods in the control group,teaching with fun card was added in the third week in the experimental group.The results of insulin-related theoretical knowledge assessment were compared in the two groups.Results After training,the score of theoretical knowledge of insulin in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the average score of the three modules,including insulin classifications insulin injection skill and site rotation,and precautions for insulin use,was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fun card as a teaching method can effectively enhance nursing students'theoretical knowledge of insulin.This approach not only stimulates their interest but also reinforces their understanding of insulin in a relaxed atmosphere.Moreover,it aids in improving nursing students'ability to classify and recognize different types of insulin.It can serve as a valuable reference for selecting insulin knowledge training methods for clinical nursing students.
