钢铁行业冷轧废水排放量大,经二级处理后水质稳定,具有较高的资源化利用潜质.研究采用硫自养反硝化技术强化人工湿地对TN的去除效果,并对某钢厂二级处理后的冷轧废水进行深度处理试验研究.结果表明:当HRT=5.0d时,硫自养反硝化人工湿地系统对浊度、COD、TP、NH4+-N和TN的去除率分别为91.9%、49.7%、94.5%、55.7%和58.9%,出水主要水质指标满足回用要求.研究结果为人工湿地处理冷轧废水过程中脱氮效果的提高提出了新思路,为冷轧废水的资源化利用提供了技术参考.
The cold rolling wastewater in iron and steel industry is large in amount and its water quality is stable after secondary treatment,which has high potential in resource utilization.In this study,sulfur autotrophic denitrification was usedto enhance the total nitrogen removal effect of constructed wetlands.Based on this,an enhanced constructed wetland was applied to accomplish regenerating treatment of cold rolling waste water after treated secondarily.The experiment results indicated that under the condition of HRT =5.0d,the removal rate of turbidity,COD,TP,NH4+-N and TN was 91.9%,49.7%,94.5%,55.7% and 58.9%,respectively,the main water quality indexes of the effluent met the reuse requirements.The research put forward a new way to improve the nitrogen removal efficiency in the process of treating cold rolling wastewater by constructed wetlands,and provided a technical reference for the utilization of cold rolling wastewater.
