Low-temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination technology is a technology that utilizes horizontal tube falling film evaporators or vertical tube evaporators in series and divides them into multiple effect groups.It uses a certain amount of input steam as the heat source,undergoes multiple evaporations and condensations,and repeatedly utilizes the latent heat of secondary steam to obtain seawater with multiple times the heating steam volume.This technology has high heat transfer efficiency,good product water quality,a large load regulation range,and low process temperature.It can be used in power plants,chemical plants,low-temperature and reactor fields,and is one of the mainstream seawater desalination technologies internationally.This paper combines the innovative application of low-temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination technology in energy conservation nudear consumption reduction in a certain refining enterprise,analyzes the economic benefits of this technology application,and prospects for the application of this technology to promote its popularization and innovation development.
