民宿正在成为时下旅游业中备受游客青睐的住宿形式.如何在设计中充分考虑消费者需求、提供具有地域特色的民宿空间和服务是值得思考与探究的议题.文章以沁茗山舍茶文化民宿空间设计为例,引入扎根理论探究归纳民宿设计原则,并以此为基础进行茶文化民宿设计.文章指出,民宿服务与空间设计应从场地资源、个性需求和文化特色三方面进行考量,充分利用地方的空间与文化资源,尊重多样化的游客需求,打造具有地方特色的民宿空间.
Homestays are becoming a popular form of accommodation for tourists in the current tourism industry.How to fully consider the needs of consumers in the design and to provide homestay space and services with regional characteristics is an issue worth thinking about and exploring.Taking the spatial design of Qinming Shanshe Tea Culture Homestay as an example,this paper introduces the grounded theory to explore and summarize the design principles of homestay and based on this,carries out the design of tea culture homestay.The paper points out that the services and space design of homestay should be considered from the three aspects of site resources,individual needs and cultural characteristics,make full use of local space and cultural resources,respect the diverse needs of tourists,and create a homestay space with local characteristics.
