针对综采工作面截煤产尘量大的问题,利用Fluent软件模拟分析了综采面截煤产尘的风流-粉尘运移规律,重点研究了工作面不同位置粉尘横向及高度方向上的扩散规律,并与现场实测值进行了对比.研究结果表明:采煤机中心上风侧4 m到下风侧10 m的空间为"高浓度粉尘区";从采煤机中心下风侧20 m处开始,在呼吸带高度上出现了"粉尘沉降低浓度带";采煤机中心下风侧30 m之前,粉尘沉降明显,采煤机中心下风侧30 m之后,粉尘明显向顶板扩散;数值模拟结果与现场实测结果符合较好.
Aiming at the problem of large dust production of coal cutting in fully-mechanized working face, simulated and analyzed the wind-dust migration regularity of coal cutting in fully-mechanized working face by Fluent software. The diffusion law of dust in transverse direction and height direction at different positions of working face is mainly studied. And compared with the field measured values.The results of the study show that the space from the upper wind side 4 m of the coal shearer center to the lower wind side 10 m is "high concentration dust area". The "low concentration zone of dust deposition" appears at the height of the respiratory zone starting from the lower wind side 20 m of the coal shearer center. The dust settlement is obvious before the lower wind side 30 m of the coal shearer center, and the dust diffuses obviously to the roof direction after there. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the field measured results.
