[目的]探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、胶质瘤蛋白癌基因蛋白-1(GLI1)在胃癌组织中的表达及二者的相关性.[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测MMP-9、GLI 1在胃癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达,分析两者表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系及两者表达的相关性.[结果]与癌旁组织相比,MMP-9、GLI1在胃癌组织中表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),阳性率分别为73.8%、67.8%.MMP-9在胃癌中高表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关(P<0.05);GLI1在胃癌中高表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关(P<0.05).MMP-9和GLI1在胃癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.336,P<0.05).[结论]MMP-9和GLI1在胃癌组织中表达均升高,二者协同促进胃癌的发生发展;检测二者表达有助于胃癌诊断及病情判断.
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the express of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and glioma-associated oncogene 1(GLI1)in gastric cancer tissues and to study their mutual correlation.[Methods]Immunohistochemistry was used to quantitate the protein expression levels of MMP-9 and GLI1 in gastric cancer tissues and to analyze their correlation.[Results]The positive rate of MMP-9 and GLI1 were73.8%and 67.8%respectively,which was significantly higher than those in the edge of the gastric cancer(P<0.05).The expression of MMP-9 was associated with depth of invasion,differentiation,stages and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(P<0.05).The expression of GLI1 was associated with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and stages of gastric carcinoma(P<0.05).In the tissues from the gas-tric cancer patients,the relative expression levels of MMP-9 and GLI1 were positively correlated(r=0.336,P<0.05).[Conclusion]The expression levels of MMP-9 and GLI1 in the gastric cancer tissues in-crease,which may synergistically promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer;detection of both expression is helpful for the diagnosis and judgement of gastric cancer.
