为探索铁路工程制度、管理与技术协同创新的影响因素,验证关键影响因素对创新绩效的作用机制,通过文献综述和专家访谈法,从制度、管理与技术3个维度识别铁路工程协同创新的影响因素,通过主成分分析法进行探索性因子分析,验证关键影响因素的合理性.在此基础上,构建关键影响因素之间及关键影响因素对创新绩效的作用关系模型.采用结构方程模型对关键影响因素之间的相互作用关系及对创新绩效的作用路径进行模拟计算与结果分析.根据影响因素的作用原理与作用过程,提出铁路工程创新绩效提升途径.研究发现影响铁路工程协同创新的关键因素包括:工程法律制度、创新政策、关系型管理、契约型管理、工程技术需求和创新资源投入,这些关键因素相互作用,且每一个关键影响因素都对铁路工程项目的创新绩效有着显著的直接影响关系.为了进一步提升铁路工程项目的创新绩效,有必要发挥铁路工程协同创新制度保障作用,加大铁路工程协同创新管控力度,并构建铁路工程协同创新技术网络.研究成果可为铁路工程创新理论和方法的研究提供参考,并为实践提供借鉴.研究结果有助于制定针对性的创新策略、合理政策,并为铁路工程建设提供有效的创新绩效提升途径.
This study aimed to investigate the factors that influence the synergy among regulation,management,and technology innovation in railway engineering and verify the role of key factors in innovation performance.First,a literature review and expert interviews were conducted to identify the influencing factors of railway engineering synergy innovation from the three dimensions of regulation,management,and technology.Then,the rationality of key influencing factors was validated using exploratory factor analysis.Based on this,a model was constructed to illustrate the relationship between key influencing factors and their effect on innovation performance.Second,a structural equation model was employed to simulate the interaction relationship between key influencing factors and their effects on innovation performance.Finally,the principles and processes of the influencing factors were analyzed to propose a pathway for improving railway engineering innovation performance.The findings indicate that the key factors affecting railway engineering innovation include engineering legal systems,innovation policies,relational management,contract management,engineering technology demand,and innovation resource input.These key factors are interrelated,and each has a significant direct impact on the innovation performance of railway engineering projects.To further enhance the innovation performance of railway engineering projects,it is necessary to strengthen the role of the railway engineering synergy innovation system guarantee,increase railway engineering synergy innovation management control,and construct a railway engineering synergy innovation technology network.This study offers valuable guidance and references for enhancing railway engineering innovation,both in theory and practice.The research findings help to formulate targeted innovation strategies and rational policies and provide effective pathways for improving the innovation performance of railway engineering construction.
