根据RCC-M规范B3200篇要求,RCC-M 1级管道需要进行快速断裂分析,但在RCC-M附录ZG篇的具体规定中,只给出容器、不锈钢管道快速断裂的计算方法,缺少碳钢管道的相关规定.因此,本文结合RSE-M、ASME以及R6规范的相关要求,开展规范之间的差异化分析,并以RSE-M规范为基础评价碳钢管道快速断裂;然后以一条具体碳钢管道为例开展快速断裂分析,给出规范差异项(焊接残余应力,考虑Ⅱ、Ⅲ型)影响分析的对比结果.
According to the requirements of RCC-M Code B3200,RCC-M Grade 1 pipe needs to carry out rapid fracture analysis.However,in the specific provisions of RCC-M Appendix ZG,only the calculation methods of rapid fracture in tanks and stainless steel pipe are given,and the relevant provisions of carbon steel pipe are lacking.Therefore,this paper combines relevant requirements of RSE-M,ASME and R6 codes,carries out differentiation analysis among codes,and evaluate the rapid fracture of carbon steel pipe based on RSE-M code.Then,taking a specific carbon steel pipe as an example,the rapid fracture analysis is carried out,and the comparison results of the influence analysis of standard difference items(welding residual stress,considering types Ⅱ and Ⅲ)are given.
