针对光学平面研磨机床的主轴内喷上水密封结构寿命不足的问题,分析其主要原因是橡胶密封件易腐蚀以及间隙无法自动补偿.采用球面金属密封件,显著的提高了其耐蚀耐磨性;通过弹簧自动补偿密封处间隙,提高了柔性.进一步采用了标准金属机封件,简化了结构,降低了成本.通过3次优化设计,使密封结构的寿命增加,最终提高了8~10倍.
The main reason for the insufficient life of water seal in the main shaft of planar optical equipment is that the rubber seal is easy to corrode and the gap cannot be compensated automatically.The abrasion resistance of spherical metal seal was improved remarkably.The flexibility is improved by the spring automatic compensation seal clearance.Furthermore,the standard metal sealing parts are adopted to simplify the structure and reduce the cost.Through three optimization design,the life span of the sealing structure increased,and finally increased by 8 ~ 10 times.
