以新疆小白杏中常用的7种农药为研究对象,在正离子模式、较高相对碰撞能量(Normalized collision energy,NCE)下,获得其电喷雾质谱图,推测出了7种农药的质谱裂解规律.根据质谱裂解规律,筛选出几个特征子离子进行NCE能量优化,并在最佳能量条件下获取子离子的提取离子色谱图,结果表明此方法的定量结果更准确.本试验结果丰富了小白杏中农药的电喷雾质谱裂解规律,可为农药残留的结构鉴定提供试验依据.
Under the positive ion mode and relatively high impact energy (NCE),we get the 7 pesticides fragmentation pattern.Several characteristic ions were selected according to the fragmentation mechanism to optimize NCE energy.The extraction ion chromatogram of the daughter ions was obtained under the optimum energy condition.The results showed that the quantitative ability of this method was more accurate.The results of this experiment enriched the electrospray ionization fragmentation pattern of pesticide in small apricot and provided the experimental basis for structural identification of pesticide residues.
