以蓖麻油(CO)和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为基材,采用共混法制备聚氨酯/聚烯烃互穿网络(IPN)薄膜(PU/PO),再利用氧化锌改性,制备得到氧化锌改性聚氨酯/聚烯烃复合膜(PU/PO-ZnO),并对PU/PO 和 PU/PO-ZnO 复合膜进行了表征和测试.结果表明:组分甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯和丙烯腈的添加量分别为 2.5、2.5、1.16 g 时,PU/PO 薄膜的抗拉强度最高达到 10.70 MPa.蓖麻油预聚体和环氧树脂E44 的质量比为 3.4 时,在铝合金、钛合金和碳纤维基材上的剪切强度分别达到 7.92 MPa,7.59 MPa和 8.17 MPa.经 0.5 wt%氧化锌改性后,拉伸强度提高了 30%、平均断裂伸长率上升至 180%.
With castor oil(CO)and diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)as substrates,polyurethane/polyolefin(PU/PO)interpenetrating network(IPN)films were prepared by blending method.The results showed that when the addition amounts of methyl methacrylate,styrene,and acrylonitrile were 2.5,2.5,and 1.16g,respectively,the highest tensile strength of PU/PO film reached 10.7MPa.When the mass ratio of CO prepolymer to epoxy resin E44 was 3.4,the shear strength of aluminum alloy,titanium alloy and carbon fiber substrate reached 7.92MPa,7.59MPa and 8.17MPa respectively.After modification with 0.5wt%zinc oxide,the tensile strength increased by 30%and the average elongation at break increased to 180%.
