采用光合菌剂及枯草芽孢杆菌复合菌等微生物和小球藻对沼液进行净化处理,将沼液转化为养殖用水后,投放3组不同组合比例的罗非鱼、鳙鱼、鲢鱼、鲶鱼、草鱼,研究微生物+小球藻组合对沼液的净化效果及不同鱼类组合的养殖效果.结果表明,微生物+小球藻处理模式能较好地将沼液进行净化,并将鱼塘水质维持在较高水平,养殖期间各试验塘水质指标波动范围为:溶解氧6.1~10.6 mg·L-1,pH值7.8~8.9,NH4+0.28~0.72 mg·L-1,NO2-0~0.01 mg·L-1,PO42-24.5~70.0 mg·L-1;16%罗非鱼+2%鳙鱼+2%鲢鱼+80%鲶鱼组合的养殖公顷产值较高.说明微生物+小球藻类可将沼液转化为鱼类的养殖用水,鱼养殖效果良好.
Biogas slurry was purified and treated as a resource by microorganism (the complex bacteria of photosynthetic bacteria and bacillus subtilis)and Chlorella,and then changed to be aquaculture water.Three groups of tilapia, bighead, silver carp, catfish, grass carp with different proportion were put into the fishponds for researching the effects of purification and fish culture on biogas slurry by microorganism and Chlorella. The results showed that microorganism and Chlorella could purify the biogas slurry effectively and kept the fishpond water quality on healthy level for long time. The indicators of fishpond water quality in the culture time were that DO 6.1~10.6 mg·L-1, pH 7.8~8.9, NH4+0.28~0.72 mg·L-1,NO2-0~0.01 mg·L-1,PO42-24.5~70.0 mg·L-1. The group got the higher production value with the proportion of 16% tilapia, 2% bighead, 2% silver carp, 80% catfish. Biogas slurry can be purified by mi-croorganism and Chlorella effectively and has good effect on culture.
