本文以灵寿县为例,通过走访、调研等方法,总结餐饮环节存在的食品安全问题,探讨提升县域餐饮环节食品安全的对策.从建立行政执法案卷内审机构、加强信用体系建设、发挥餐饮协会的作用、指导规模餐饮单位实施危害分析关键控制点认证、探索食材购进智能手机软件等多方面提出完善监管的建议和对策,以期为基层地方政府的食品安全监管工作提供经验和参考.
Taking Lingshou county as an example,this paper summarizes the food safety problems in the catering sector and explores the countermeasures to improve food safety in the catering sector in the county through visits and research.It proposes suggestions and countermeasures to improve supervision by establishing an internal review organisation for administrative enforcement files,strengthening the credit system,playing the role of catering associations,guiding large-scale catering establishments to implement hazard analysis critical control points certification,and exploring smartphone software for ingredient purchasing,etc.,with the aim of providing references and experiences for the work of grassroots local governments in food supervision.
