以某开挖直径为11.25m的大直径土压平衡盾构为项目依托,针对大直径盾构设备中所使用的管片输送机进行结构设计及仿真研究,并针对不同工况对管片输送机的3个主要关键结构件——底部架体、滑动装置和举升装置进行受力加载及仿真,验证结构设计的合理性.
Based on a large-diameter earth pressure balance shield with an excavation diameter of 11.25 m,the structural design and simu-lation of the segment conveyor used in the large-diameter shield are studied,and the force loading and simulation of the three key structural components of the segment conveyor,including the bottom frame,slid-ing device and lifting device,are carried out under different working conditions to verify the reasonableness of the structural design.
