γ-TiAl合金作为结构材料可以减轻发动机构件重量,有希望被广泛应用于航空、航天、汽车制造等领域.随着工业制造领域中发动机和飞机结构设计对"减轻重量、提高推重比、增加有效载荷"的要求越来越高,将γ-TiAl合金与钢、高温合金焊接形成复合结构的需求越来越迫切.本研究综述了钎焊方法下钛铝合金用焊料、工艺和接头性能,并提出在本领域有关γ-TiAl合金专用焊料设计方法、界面组织调控以及接头性能综合评价等方面上缺乏系统工作.
As a structural material,γ-TiAl alloy can reduce the weight of engine components,and it is expected to be widely used in aviation,aerospace,automobile manufacturing and other fields.With the increasing requirement of reducing weight,increasing thrust-to-weight ratio and increasing payload in engine and aircraft structure design in industrial manufacturing field,it is more and more urgent to weld γ-TiAl alloy with steel and superalloy to form composite structure.In this paper,the solder,process and joint properties of titanium aluminum alloy by brazing method are reviewed,and the lack of systematic work on the design method of γ-TiAl alloy solder,the control of interface structure and the comprehensive evaluation of joint properties are pointed out.
