天津医科大学基础医学院积极推进教育部科研反哺教学新举措,将科研实验心肌缺血再灌注损伤动物模型进行改进后应用于本科教学,建立了学院首门跨学科综合性实验课程-心肌缺血再灌注损伤实验整合课程,并在基础医学专业学生中成功开设.该实验应用于临床医学"5+3"专业机能学实验课程教学中,取得了较为满意的教学效果.以虚拟仿真实验创新大赛为契机,教师带领学生团队开发了家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤虚拟实验,助力学生成长并补充完善实验教学,在"研"与"教"的互动互促中,推进了实验教学改革的实施,助力青年教师成长和高素质医学人才的培养.
The School of Basic Medical Sciences,Tianjin Medical University,has actively promoted the measures of scientific research back-feeding teaching,which is advocated by Ministry of Education,and the animal model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in scientific research experiments has been improved and applied to undergraduate teaching.The authors established the first in-terdisciplinary comprehensive experimental course(named"Integrated Experiment Course-Myocardial Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury")in the School of Basic Medical Sciences,and they have succeeded in offering the course for the students of basic medicine.The experi-ment was further applied in the experimental course of functional science for the students of"5+3"clinical medicine program,and the teaching effect proved satisfactory.To enter the first medical virtual simulation experiment innovation competition,the authors devel-oped the"Virtual experiment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits",aiming to help students grow up as well as supple-ment and improve experimental teaching.The teaching reform facilitates the interaction and mutual promotion between"teaching"and"research",the growth of young teachers,and the cultivation of high-quality medical talents.
