对智能化矿山《数据中台建设与应用规范》(以下简称《规范》)进行了深入解读,并探讨了相应的实践案例.该《规范》由国家矿山安全监察局批准,由应急管理部信息研究院主导,联合多家企业和高校、科研机构共同编制,目的在于指导智能化矿山数据中台的建设与应用.结合应用实践,重点阐述了《规范》中涉及的数据中台整体架构、数据汇聚、数据管控、数据处理、数据开发、数据服务、数据运营、数据安全以及管理保障等建设要求;详细阐述了如何将《规范》融入矿山数据中台建设的各个环节,以提升矿山企业数据的使用效率、安全性和可持续性.通过解读与实践相结合的方式,为矿山企业更好地应用《规范》提供了有益参考和借鉴,以期推动矿山行业的数字化转型与创新发展.
This paper deeply interprets the Construction and Application Specifications for Data Middle Platform(hereinafter referred to as the Specification)for intelligent mine,and discusses some practical cases of the Specification.The Specification is approved by the National Mine Safety Administration,and led by the Information Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Management of PRC,jointly formulated by multiple enterprises,universities,and research institutions,aiming to provide guidance for the construction and application of intelligent mine data middle platforms.Combining with the application practices,the overall architecture,data aggregation,data management and control,data processing,data development,data services,data operation,data security,management guarantee requirements,and other construction requirements of the data middle platform involved in the Specification were emphasized,and how to integrate the Specification into various aspects of mine data middle platform construction was expounded in detail to improve the efficiency,security,and sustainability of data usage of mine enterprises.The combination of interpretation and practice provides useful reference and inspiration for mine enterprises to better apply the Specification,which helps to promote the digital transformation and innovative development of the mine industry.
