以GB/T 7304-2014测定结果为理论值,考察了甲醇-甲醇钠法、吡啶溶剂法和乙醇-甲苯溶剂法对聚异丁烯马来酸酐类高分子乳化剂(PIBSA-PME)酸值的影响.结果表明:3种方法测定结果与理论值较为接近,精确度为101.35%~103.40%,相对误差均小于5%,在乙醇-甲苯法中选定混合溶剂V(甲苯):V(乙醇)为4:6,混合溶剂用量100 mL时,PIBSA-PME的测定结果和GB/T 7304-2014 一致,数据重现性好.
Acid value is an important parameter to determining the free acid of polyisobutylene maleic anhydride polymeric emulsifier(PIBSA-PME).Using the determination results of GB/T 7304-2014 as the theoretical values,the effects of three measurement methods(methanol-sodium methoxide method,pyridine solvent method,and ethanol-toluene solvent method)on the acid value of PIBSA-PME were studied.The results show that the determination results of the three methods are close to the theoretical values,with an accuracy of 101.35%-103.40%,and a relative error of less than 5%,indicating that the above methods are all effective.The effects of various factors on acid value in the ethanol-toluene method were studied.When the volume ratio of toluene to ethanol is selected as 4∶6 and the amount of mixed solvent is 100 mL,the determination results are consistent with GB/T 7304-2014 and the data reproducibility is good.
