[目的]探明粉唑醇对小麦茎基腐病的防控效果,为粉唑醇在小麦安全生产上的应用提供依据.[方法]通过菌丝生长速率法测定 1%粉唑醇颗粒剂对小麦茎基腐病致病菌假禾谷镰刀菌 18-HX-16、19-HA-4、20-XX-13等 10个菌株的室内毒力,每个菌株设置 3次重复,培养 48h后计算粉唑醇对不同菌株的毒力回归方程及EC50 值,分析粉唑醇对假禾谷镰刀菌的抑菌活性;采用田间随机小区试验法,1%粉唑醇颗粒剂设置3个施药量(20 g/667m2、30 g/667m2、50 g/667m2)拌种进行田间防效试验.[结果]粉唑醇对供试假禾谷镰刀菌的EC50 在 0.050~0.894 μg/mL,平均为 0.400 μg/mL;1%粉唑醇颗粒剂对小麦茎基腐病的田间防效在49.98%~74.59%,其中,1%粉唑醇颗粒剂施药量为 50 g/667m2 时,小麦茎基腐病的发病率低至 16.00%、病情指数低至 5.87,防效高达 74.59%,显著优于对照药剂(1%噁霉灵颗粒剂)的防治效果.[结论]粉唑醇对假禾谷镰刀菌具有较高的抑菌活性,对田间小麦茎基腐病有较好的防控效果,1%粉唑醇颗粒剂以 50 g/667m2用量与复合肥混匀施用,对小麦茎基腐病的防效最好.
[Objective]The prevention and control effects of flutriafol on Fusarium crown rot(FCR)were explored,which provided a basis for the application of flutriafol in wheat production.[Method]The laboratory toxicity of 1%flutriafol granules to 10 isolates of Fusarium pseudograminearum,such as 18-HX-16,19-HA-4 and 20-XX-13,was determined by mycelial growth rate method.There were three replicates in each isolate.After 48 h of culture,the toxicity regression equation and EC50 value of flutriafol to different isolates were calculated,and the antifungal activity of flutriafol to F.pseudograminearum was analyzed.The field random plot test method was used to set up three application rates(20 g/667 m2,30 g/667m2,50 g/667m2)of 1%flutriafol granules with seed dressing for field control effect test.[Result]The EC50 values of flutriafol against F.pseudograminearum ranged from 0.050 to 0.894 μg/mL,with an average of 0.400 μg/mL.The field control effect of 1%flutriafol granules on FCR was 49.98%—74.59%.When the dosage of 1%flutriafol granules was 50g/667m2,the incidence of FCR was as low as 16.00%,the disease index was as low as 5.87,and the control effect was as high as 74.59%,indicating that its control effect was obviously better than the control effect of hymexazol(CK1).[Conclusion]Flutriafol had high antifungal activity against F.pseudograminearum,and had good control effect on FCR.1%flutriafol granules were mixed with compound fertilizer at a dosage of 50g/667m2,which had the best control effect on FCR.
