为研究一种高强、高应变、高抗腐蚀性的新型钢筋替代普通钢筋应用于混凝土梁后构件的抗弯性能,对等强度设计的两种新型高强钢筋混凝土梁与普通钢筋混凝土梁进行短期受弯性能试验,对比分析两种梁的承载力、变形、裂缝及破坏形态,并基于试验结果,将新型高强钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力、最大裂缝宽度、挠度的试验值与规范计算值进行对比.结果表明:等强度设计的两种梁承载力相近,但破坏形态有较大的不同,相同外力下,新型钢筋混凝土梁的挠度、最大裂缝宽度、裂缝高度都大于普通钢筋混凝土梁的.新型钢筋混凝土梁的开裂弯矩和极限弯矩按现行规范公式进行计算具有足够的安全储备,正常使用阶段,短期荷载作用下新型钢筋混凝土梁挠度试验值与规范计算值吻合较好,最大裂缝宽度的试验值与规范计算值相比偏大.
In order to study the flexural behavior of the new steel bar with high strength,high strain and high corrosion resistance instead of ordinary steel bar applied to concrete beam members,the short-term flexural behavior tests of two new high-strength reinforced concrete beams and ordinary reinforced concrete beams with equal strength design were carried out.The bearing capacity,deformation,cracks and failure modes of the two beams were compared and analyzed.Based on the test results,the test values of the flexural bearing capacity,maximum crack width,and deflection of the new high-strength reinforced concrete beam were compared with the code calculation values.The results show that the bearing capacity of the two beams with equal strength design is similar,but the failure modes are quite different.Under the same external force,the deflection,maximum crack width and crack height of new high-strength reinforced concrete beams are larger than those of ordinary reinforced concrete beams.The cracking moment and ultimate moment of new high-strength reinforced concrete beams are calculated according to the current code formula,which has enough safety reserves.In normal use stage,the deflection test value of new high-strength reinforced concrete beams under short-term load is in good agreement with the code calculation value,and the maximum crack width test value is larger than the code calculation value.
