目的:建立酸蒸馏-双氧水吸收-ICP-OES法测定葡萄酒中二氧化硫残留量的分析方法.方法:以3%H2O2溶液为吸收液,采用ICP-OES法测定.结果:硫在0~4.00mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数r=0.99999;检出限为0.05 mg/L,定量限为0.15mg/L;加标回收率为85.3%~97.6%.结论:该方法精密度高、重现性好、检出限低,可用于葡萄酒中二氧化硫残留量的测定.
[Objective]A method for determination of residual sulfur dioxide in wine by acid distillation-hydrogen peroxide absorp-tion-ICP-OES was established.[Method]With 3%H2O2solution as the absorption solution,ICP-OES Method was used for determination.[Result]The linearity of sulfur was good in the range of 0~5.00 mg/L,Linear correlation coefficient r=0.999 96.The limit of detection was 0.05 mg/L,and the limit of quantification was 0.15 mg/L.The recoveries were 85.3%-97.6%.[Conclusion]The method has high preci-sion,good reproducibility and low detection limit.It can be used for determination of residual sulfur dioxide in wine.
