目前行业内柔性光伏组件类型较多,尤其在前板材料的选择和搭配设计上大多采取多层结构叠加方式,这种结构增加了生产流程和生产成本,同时也增加产品可靠性脱层风险等,在此背景下柔性一体透明前板材料应运而生,但产品的长期可靠性亟待评估.文章为评估新型柔性一体透明前板的可靠性,选取柔性一体透明前板和市场上应用的叠加结构板两种材料进行关键性能研究与对比,得出柔性一体透明前板的透光率和耐老化性能优于叠加结构板,对光伏组件功率输出更高,可靠性更优异;其次,柔性一体透明前板因复合结构特性,相比叠加结构板在高温条件下表面易卷曲、整体弯曲度大;最后,对比分析了柔性一体透明前板与叠加结构板搭配不同类型胶膜的抗老化性能,双EVA封装存在失效风险,双POE封装的产品可靠性稳定.研究结果对柔性一体透明前板产品的优化设计与应用具有指导意义.
At present,there are many types of flexible photovoltaic modules in the industry,especially in the selection and matching design of front panel materials,mostly adopting multi-layer structure superimposition mode,which increases the production process and production cost,and also increases the product reliability demaglination risk,etc.Under this background,the flexible integrated transparent front panel material should come into being,but the long-term reliability of the product needs to be evaluated urgently.In order to evaluate the reliability of the new flexible integrated transparent front panel,the two materials of the flexible integrated transparent front panel and the superimposed structure panel applied in the market were selected for key performance research and comparison.It is found that the light transmittance and aging resistance of the flexible integrated transparent front panel are better than that of the superimposed structure panel,the power output of the photovoltaic module is higher and the reliability is better;Secondly,the flexible integrated transparent front panel has high curvature and overall bending degree under high temperature conditions compared with the superimposed structural panel because of the composite structure characteristics;Finally,the anti-aging performance of the flexible integrated transparent front panel and the superimposed structure panel matched with different types of rubber films were compared and analyzed,it is concluded that the double EVA package has failure risk,the product reliability of the double POE package is stable.The research results are instructive for the optimization design and application of flexible integrated transparent front panel products.
